What payment method do you accept?
We use Stripe to accept Malaysia Online Banking and Credit Card methods. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Maybank2U, Cimbclicks, RHB, Public Bank and etc to make payments.
How long will the delivery take?
For normal delivery within Rest of Peninsular Malaysia, it will take delivery 2 – 4 working days.
What are the product refund conditions?
Customers can contact us on damaged/wrong/faulty items within 5 days of receipt date for an exchange of that item. Customers can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with the same value or higher. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. We regret that we only accept digital payment (Visa/Mastercard/Bank Transfer) for all online delivery.

How do you deliver my orders?
To ensure speed of delivery, we use the end-to-end services of a 3rd party delivery company. Our delivery partners are Lalamove, Pick Up, M-Express and GDex.

Do you ship internationally?
Nope, temporarily we only focus on Peninsular Malaysia/West Malaysia.
