  • Nose
    Light, corny and predictable. Barley sugar, corn, vanilla, apples and mild spices. Simple but accessible and balanced. Easy on the nose.
  • Taste
    Sweet, gentle and friendly. Quite creamy. Loads of honeyed toffee, vanilla sticks, virgin oak, coconut. Some sharpness inhere at the end but not disturbing.
  • Finish
    Short. Typical virgin oak. Some nutmeg, coconut ‘peel’ and some Asian spices.

    Simple but effective!
